Sustainability has become a global priority, and TVET institutions play a crucial role in preparing a workforce that can support sustainable economic growth and environmental stewardship. As industries transition toward greener practices, TVET leaders must integrate sustainability principles into their institutions’ strategies, curricula, and operational frameworks. This requires a deep understanding of sustainability challenges, regulatory frameworks, green skills development, and industry collaboration to align education and training with the needs of a green economy.
This training program is designed to equip TVET leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive sustainability initiatives within their institutions. Through interactive workshops, case studies, and strategic planning exercises, participants will learn how to implement green strategies, integrate sustainable practices into teaching and operations, and foster strong industry partnerships for green skills development. By the end of the program, they will be able to develop and implement actionable sustainability roadmaps that contribute to a future-ready, environmentally responsible TVET system.
